About Greenfield Vet

Greenfield Veterinary Hospital is proud to have served the Pittsburgh area since 1979. We are a well-established, full-service, small animal veterinary hospital providing comprehensive medical, surgical and dental care. We provide a broad spectrum of diagnostic procedures through in-house testing and the use of external laboratories. We also work closely with local specialists when special diagnostic procedures or treatments are required.

Our team is committed to providing the highest level of medicine along with friendly, compassionate service. We are a group of highly trained, experienced animal lovers who are devoted to giving our patients the best care possible. Our job is to not only treat your pet when he or she isn't feeling well, but to also help you keep your pet happy and healthy.

*We currently treat dogs, cats and ferrets. We are not accepting new avian, rabbit or pocket pet patients at this time.

Practice Manager

Carey is a graduate of Chatham University (BA, MBA). She began her career with animals working at the Animal Rescue League (now Humane Animal Rescue) in 2002. Carey was with GVH from 2005-2012 as a part-time receptionist and came back in 2015 as the practice manager. She has two long-haired rescue cats named Angel and Maggie and is looking to add another Doberman to her family. Carey is involved in rescue (she co-founded A Little Bit of Snuggles Dog Rescue in 2002) and loves to get to know the pets that visit the office every day. In her spare time, she enjoys creating glass mosaics, trying her hand at stained glass and learning the cello.
